Aviva’s Journey

Aviva’s gentle empathy and sincere understanding are deeply rooted in her personal experiences. Born in communist Latvia, Aviva’s early life was shaped by the harsh realities of political unrest. In 1978, her family fled to Canada, seeking refuge from the brutal regime. This transition, during Aviva’s most formative years, had a profound impact on her emotional and psychological development. Growing up, she often felt overlooked—caught between her family’s struggles and a world that seemed beyond her control.

Without the emotional stability, praise, and nurturing every child needs, Aviva had to learn how to overcome feelings of inadequacy and isolation on her own. Through this personal struggle, she embarked on a journey of self-discovery—confronting deep-seated beliefs, developing self-love, and gaining an understanding of the complexities of the mind and heart.

Aviva’s hard-earned wisdom and compassion now empower her to help others navigate their own emotional challenges. Having walked this path herself, she connects with her clients on a deeply personal level. Aviva’s mission is to provide guidance without judgment, offering a safe space for growth and transformation. Her process is designed to awaken your potential, instill confidence, and help you create a life rich with fulfilling relationships and supportive environments that truly reflect your worth.

It is a common phrase, but one that is unconditionally true – “what we don’t know, we don’t know!”

Life doesn’t come with an instruction manual. As children, when we first become aware of who we are, we are not given a rule book on the right things to say or do or what we can potentially become, given the right encouragement. Despite our parent’s best efforts, we are not always given the right direction, support or the reassurance we all need to grow and succeed in love and life. On many occasions, we can find ourselves unsure, in doubt or we feel like we have to find our way all on our own without anyone with whom to honestly feel safe, rely on or wholeheartedly trust.

So what exactly does “Becoming the Total Package” mean? It means different things to different people. When it comes to our preferences in looks, personality, and character – we all have our unique way of seeing the world, which often stems from our childhood and the experiences we faced throughout our most difficult and challenging moments. Regardless of your upbringing, challenges in life and heartbreak inevitably affect all of us in our unique ways. You may not always be emotionally or mentally equipped to deal with them, and sadly many try to deal with these challenges on their own because they have nowhere else to turn.

Sometimes in life, you may not be fortunate to be surrounded by people who understand you, support you or stand by you to love and guide you regardless of how many mistakes you may unintentionally make. This kind of love is called ‘Unconditional Love.’ It is the purest forms of love but very often under delivered.
